Roger Steinepreis, Non-Executive Chairman

Roger is a corporate and resources lawyer and Executive Chairman of Perth based corporate law firm, Steinepreis Paganin. He has practised as a lawyer for over 30 years, acting as legal advisor to a number of public companies, particularly in the energy and resources sector, on a wide range of corporate matters. Roger was recently on the board of Apollo with Mr Castleden, where he was Non-Executive Chairman prior to the Ramelius take over noted above and is also a Non-Executive Director of Meeka Metals Limited and Metalicity Limited.

Nick Castleden, Non-Executive Director

Nick is a geologist with over 25 years of experience in the mineral exploration and development industry. Most recently, Nick was the Managing Director of Apollo Consolidated Limited (Apollo) which was acquired by Ramelius Resources Limited (Ramelius) in an agreed takeover, which valued Apollo at circa $180 million. Since that time, Nick has been appointed as the CEO and Managing Director of Solstice Minerals Limited.

Raewyn Clark, Executive Director, B.Bus (dist), GradDip (CA), GradDip (AppCorpGov)

Mrs Clark has more than 20 years’ experience focussed primarily on the natural resources sector. Her experience includes business development, financial modelling and analysis, capital raising and mergers and acquisitions, as well as managing joint venture partners, government, regulator and investor relations.

Mrs Clark is also a director of the ASX listed companies Octanex Limited and Peako Limited.

Dr. Robina Sharpe, Non Executive Director BSc (Hons), PhD

Dr Sharpe has 30 years’ experience with a focus on the exploration for and evaluation of gold and base metal projects in Australia, South America, West Africa, Fiji, Solomon Islands and Mexico.

Dr Sharpe’s diverse industry background spans green and brown field projects that have ranged from the evaluation and drill delineation of mine to near-mine resource expansion projects, to project generative and prospectivity analysis, including program implementation and management.

Alex Neuling, Company Secretary, FCA, ICAEW, FCIS

Mr Neuling was appointed as Company Secretary of Enegex in March 2023. He has 25 years’ corporate and financial experience, including more than 20 years across various ASX-listed companies in the mineral exploration, mining, Oil & Gas and other sectors.

Mr Neuling was the Company Secretary and CFO of Apollo Consolidated Ltd from 2009 until the completion of its takeover by Ramelius Resources Ltd in 2021. Alex is a principal of Erasmus Consulting Pty Ltd which provides company secretarial and financial management consultancy services to a variety of ASX-listed and other companies.
